About This Product
The GM4000 mandatory shipping kit (also suitable for the AZ4000 HPS) is composed of the GM4000 105 x 85 x 65 cm shipping wooden pallet-box (#10M4100)and the pier adapter (#10M4090). Both are necessary items when the mount will be shipped. Shipping charges will be calculated individually for each destination and will be billed separately. The included pier adapter (#10M4090) will be needed later when mounting the GM 4000 onto a pier. This strong plate of solid steel is mandatory not only to secure the mount on the pallet during transport but also later to translate the full loading capacity of the Mount onto the pier.

The GM3000 and AZ3000 mounts are available in a special version for very low temperature operations. This option allows the Mount to operate until -30°C (-22° F) and features the following special modifications: - Special low-temperature lubricants certified until -60°C or lower - Special copper wiring, silicone sheathed - Electronic components certified for temperatures down to -40°C - Endurance tested at low temperatures in our laboratory All 10Micron mounts feature special systems in their mechanics in order to compensate thermal variations. This option is intended for brand new mounts to be ordered; contact us for already delivered mounts.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are dependent on 10Micron production schedules and pre-production sales but should be less than three months. Arrangements can be made to take a deposit on the mount at the time of order rather than paying the full amount, depending on the predicted availability of the mount at the time of order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping prices calculated on the website are approximate and may need to be adjusted based on locations, particularly those outside the United States.

Warranty

10Micron products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship by the original manufacturer for a period of 2 years for electronic parts and 2 years for mechanical parts. The 10 Micron warranty covers only defects that result from the normal use of the product. Damage to the mounting or accessories caused by modification, misuse, or rough handling is not covered under warranty. Furthermore, any damage to electronic components due to plugging or unplugging while powered on are also not covered.
